Nothing makes sleeping in the bush as easy as sleeping under a sleek tarp. The ZMORA features an improved suspension system familiar from our best-selling HEKSA: 6 lashings woven into the guy lines allow for lightning-fast and precise tension adjustment, while corner reinforcements made from a single piece of rubber-nylon laminate effectively distribute forces. We have designed the ZMORA with the aim of increasing the carrying capacity, taking into account the different weather conditions, the type of activity or the passion of the user to enjoy the surrounding landscape.
The most common uses of the ZMORA are:
- the classic gable roof stretched on trekking poles and attached directly to the ground - when maximum protection is needed
- a gable roof suspended at a certain height above the ground - when more air and space is desired or when two people want to sleep under the tarp
- one wall on the ground, the other raised - a pavilion from which you can enjoy a panoramic view
Thanks to its subtle color, this tarp is a good shelter anywhere you do not want to attract attention at night.
The dimensions of the ZMORA provide protection when camping for two people on a short trip or a comfortable place for a long-distance hiker with a large backpack. Under it you can cook in peace, organize your equipment or simply hide from bad weather. The lower profile of the back of the ZMORA facilitates protection from wind and rain.
The 6 lashing attachment points allow for quick and easy hanging of the tarp. To make the tarp even easier to handle, we have incorporated a system of built-in rope tensioners. The hanging system is simple, can be operated with one hand and requires no knowledge of knots. Simply attach the rope to the ground and tension it. The rope tensioner automatically blocks the rope from sagging. The attachment to the tree is knotless, as we have provided the lines with laser-cut ZYPCYŚ mini hooks of our own design.
For the ZMORA TARP we have used Silylon in micro ripstop weave, which according to manufacturer's tests has a water column of 6,000 mm H20 - twice the market standard. The fabric is also windproof and resistant to mechanical damage. The microripstop fabric prevents the fabric from tearing in the event of minor damage.
The enclosed instructions are color coded to account for color blindness and high contrast, and the tarp's lashing straps are packaged in different colored rubber bands, analogous to the colors of the instructions.
