Your parcel shipment
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment by UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you wish delivery by UPS Extra with signature, additional costs will apply. Please contact us before choosing this shipping method. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs within Germany are free of charge from an order value of 85€. Shipping costs to Austria and Switzerland include handling and postage costs. The handling fee is a flat rate, the shipping costs vary depending on the total weight and size of the shipment. We recommend that you combine your items into one order. Shipping is at your own risk.
The boxes are generously sized and your items are well protected.
On-site collection:
By arrangement, our products can also be collected from our warehouse in Düsseldorf.
