SNEKA suspension is our new and improved hammock suspension and adjustment system. At the heart of the system are tree bark friendly daisy chain straps, used for both rigging and adjustment. SNEKA is extremely easy to understand, simple to use, lightweight and small when packed.
SNEKA significantly speeds up the rigging of the hammock. Not only does this give you more time to rest easily, but it also makes the process itself much easier – SNEKA will always be just as easy to use from the first attempt, regardless of our fatigue or weather conditions.
„Daisy chain” webbing is a solution known in climbing and mountaineering, where similar multi-loop straps provide a belay or organizational element. However, the classic “daisy chain” is made of a stitched webbing, which makes it heavy and takes up a lot of space when packed. We decided to make them better! “Ladders” in our SNEKA straps are manufactured in the process of weaving the webbing, rather than sewn. This makes them many times smaller when packed, plus there are no seams to be damaged
.
To adjust the length of the suspension, all you have to do is clip the carabiner at the end of the hammock into the desired loop on the webbing. It couldn’t be simpler. Thanks to the easy mounting on the tree and the fully adjustable length, you can adjust the hammock after it has been hung and not, as is the case with conventional ropes or webbing, by undoing the knots. Do you have a perfectionist mind? It too will be pleased, because SNEKA allows you to literally count the length of the suspension. All you have to do is clip a carabiner into the same loop on both sides of the hammock.
